One of the Savinelli pipe series certainly among the most appreciated and long-lived. A warm burgundy color covers the entire wooden surface of the pipe. Thanks precisely to the smooth edge of the fireplace it is possible to notice how, as the finishing changes, the briar appears in different colours.
A thin brass band decorates the junction between the barrel and the mouthpiece. A pipe from the Roma series should really not be missing from any self-respecting rack. The 101 model has an easily recognizable style. The large bowl is surrounded by a sturdy cylindrical vase, giving the pipe a strong and masculine line.
Known in Italy as "Maigrettona", thanks to the actor Gino Cervi, it is certainly one of the most popular models that Savinelli offers to its customers and is suitable for all types of smokers.
