Stanwell Pipe of the Year 2013 Sandblast
Stanwell Pipe of the Year 2013 Sandblast
Stanwell was founded in Denmark by Poul Nielsen after World War II. The brand became a great rival, both nationally and internationally, of the English factories that dominated the pipe market scene in the mid-20th century.
Offering Danish interpretations of English classics, in addition to free forms, the factory immediately formed relationships with Danish craftsmen such as Sixten Ivarsson, who revolutionized pipe design.
The company continued its long tradition of collaborations by offering, throughout its history, models created by Jess Chonowitsch, Tom Eltang and Nann
